Chefs display their skills via an open kitchen, using French-designed stoves, a wood fired oven and glass-encased pantries. Waiters finish preparing dishes tableside, allowing you to enjoy the sense of theatre that fine dining presents.
Guests also have the option of dining al fresco in our lush garden. This peaceful spot is the ideal place to enjoy lunch, afternoon drinks or an atmospheric evening meal.
For special occasions, we offer guests the use of two private rooms.
All our signature meats are dry aged in house for 28 days which develop a fine concentrated flavor and texture through the dry aging process, offering you a rich, full bodied taste that is simply divine.
